Fund Investment Procedure

Step One: Open "Fund House Account"

• Complete and sign applicable fund house subscription form

• Provide proof of payment, e.g. Personal checks or pay-in slips

• Others

Step Two: Order Execution

• On behalf of the client, Southwest Securities (HK) Asset Management Limited will place dealing instruction(s) to fund house(s)

Step Three: Deal Confirmation

• Client will receive written deal confirmation by mail. Details include client name, name of fund(s) subscribed, units subscribed and buying price(s)

• Provide proof of payment (if applicable)

• Client will receive written deal confirmation by mail. Details include client name, name of fund(s) subscribed and buying price(s)
